April Dalaman was born and raised in Southern California and took interest in all things entertainment and art at a young age. As an original founder of Mousai Industries, she specializes in social media, promotions and journalism. Having her first poem published at the age of 10, Dalaman took an interest in writing very early in life. She currently writes about entertainment and promotes music, both professionally and in her free time. She finds inspiration daily in the entertainment world. April Dalaman has tried her hand at sports, including practicing baton twirling. She actually performed at Disneyland and multiple parades across southern California. She has experience in acting in various musicals and plays, including Grease (co-star), Sleepy Hollow, Les Miserable and Aspects of Love. She also enjoyed singing in her school's honor & women's choirs. Don’t be surprised if Dalaman looks familiar.
You may have even spotted her in multiple music videos, the most recent being "Do or Die" by the band Thirty Seconds To Mars and films like "Mama's Boy," staring Jon Heder, and "Blood Brothers." Her professional experience in the entertainment industry also extends to having been a personal assistant, freelance writer of poetry, concert promoter, band co-manager, merchandise designer, model, go-go dancer, entertainment journalist and vice-president for both on- and offline magazines.
April Dalaman hopes to one day own an independent music venue where artists and fans are treated fairly and dedicate free nights at the venue where underprivileged individuals who struggle financially can have a real concert experience. Dalaman has attended hundreds of concerts and events, enjoys traveling, writing, reading, acting, hiking and scrapbooking. She is involved in activism and aspires to make the world a better place. She credits much of her life journey to the inspiration music and entertainment provide. This is why she hopes to one day have the opportunity to give back to those who have inspired her throughout her life.
